Plastiques Gosselin is strengthening its service offer by structuring its development unit.

The leader in France in the consumables market for medical supplies and biological analysis, Plastiques Gosselin is continuing to develop its range by launching a vessel and associated wrap for sampling milk.

This new form of packaging is produced in a single stage by bi-injection and combines two materials with specific properties: a rigid polymer for the vessel and wrap and a special TPE enabling the wrap to seal over after it has been perforated. It is this feature which assures the user that the sampling process is safe.

The regular launch of 'clean products' has meant that the company has had to strengthen its Research and Development Dept. in terms of human resources but also technical resources with investments in simulation, design and structure-calculation software. Furthermore, Plastiques Gosselin is involved in multi-component and blowing injection technologies and manufacture in a controlled atmosphere.
